Order Processing:
- Once you place an order for a fine art print on our website, please allow 8-12 business days for production. We work with a trusted printing company to ensure the highest quality prints for our customers.
- After production, each print will be carefully inspected, signed, and prepared for shipment by Katja. We take great care in ensuring that your artwork arrives in perfect condition.
Shipping Time:
- After processing, orders are shipped as quickly as possible. Please allow an additional 6-10 business days for delivery.
- Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.
Shipping Methods:
- We use reputable shipping carriers (UPS and PostNord Denmark) to ensure safe and timely delivery of your fine art prints.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Rates:
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location.
- You can view shipping costs before completing your purchase during the checkout process.
International Shipping & Customs Fees, Taxes & Duties:
- We offer international shipping to most countries. For US customers, the new duties and tariffs will be automatically calculated and added to checkout. This means we'll handle all fees, so you don't need to worry.
- UK customers can choose between two shipping options. One where you pay the fees to the courier yourself, and one where we handle it for you.
- Switzerland customers: Additional tax charges may apply to your order due to Switzerland being outside of the EU.
Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Inspection:
